FAQs

Got questions before reaching out? We've answered some of the most common ones below.

How do I book my first session?

You can book directly through our online scheduler or give us a call at (801) 210-0464. We'll start with a full assessment so we can create a personalized plan that works towards your goals.

Do you accept insurance?

We're a cash-based practice, which means we don't bill insurance. This allows us to spend more time with you one-on-one and focus entirely on your progress without insurance limitations. We can provide a superbill for potential reimbursement based on your out-of-network benefits.

What should I bring to my first appointment?

Just bring comfortable workout clothes and any relevant medical records or imaging if you have them. We'll handle the rest—starting with a thorough movement assessment and a conversation about what's been holding you back.

Where are you located and is parking available?

We're located at 238 E State Rd STE 11 in Pleasant Grove, UT, inside Big Goat Fitness. There's convenient parking right outside the building, and we're easy to find just off State Road with quick access from surrounding areas like American Fork, Lindon, Orem, and Lehi.

What are your hours?

We're currently open:
Monday from 9-6pm
Tuesday from 9-12pm and 3-6pm
Wednesday closed
Thursday from 9-6
Friday from 9-5pm
If those times don't work for you, still reach out, we may be able to accommodate special scheduling requests.
