No referral needed. Utah is a direct access state, which means you can schedule your evaluation without seeing a doctor first. Just book online or give us a call.

Do you take insurance?

We are a cash-based clinic, which means we don't bill insurance. This allows us to spend a full hour with you every session and focus entirely on your progress without insurance restrictions. Additionally, we can provide you with a Superbill which you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement based on your Out-of-Network benefits.

Will I have to stop training while I work with you?

Most likely not. We try to work with you so we can modify your current routine to allow you to stay active while we rehabilitate your pain or injury

How long does it take to see results?

Every person and every case is different. Our goal is to equip you with the tools and knowledge to resolve your ailments as quickly as possible.

What should I bring to my first session?

Wear comfortable, athletic clothing that you can move in. Bring any relevant medical records or imaging if you have them, but they're not required. We'll handle the rest.
