    We typically see patients just once a week, and pair that with a fully customized at-home exercise program — designed to keep you progressing between sessions.

  • What is Out-Of-Network Physical Therapy?

    At our physical therapy clinic, being Out-of-Network means we don’t work directly with insurance companies. Why? Because it allows us to focus on what truly matters – YOU.

    By not letting insurance dictate the type, length, or frequency of your care, we can create a personalized treatment plan based on your needs and goals – not what’s covered on a form. This means more time, better care, and faster results.

  • Why is APEX “Out-of-Network” and why is that a good thing?

    At APEX, being Out-of-Network simply means we don’t bill your insurance company directly. And that’s actually a good thing – because it gives us the freedom to focus entirely on you and what your injury requires, not what an insurance company allows.

    You get one-on-one care, 60 minute treatment sessions, and a plan of care that is built around your goals – not restricted by visit limits or red tape.

    Can you still use your insurance?
    Yes! Based on your out-of-network benefits, APEX can provide you with a “Superbill” that you can submit to your insurance company for the potential to be reimbursed! The staff at APEX is happy to help check your out-of-network benefits.

  • How do I pay?

    Out-of-Network = Simple & Flexible
    Being out-of-network doesn’t mean complicated — in fact, it makes things easier! At APEX, we accept cash, credit, or debit cards for all treatments.

    Even better? You can use your HSA (Health Savings Account) or FSA (Flexible Spending Account) to pay for your sessions — a great way to use the money you are putting into those accounts!

    Ultimately, it’s quite simple: being Out-of-Network gives the APEX team the freedom to deliver the highest quality, most personalized care possible. Every decision about your treatment is made by you and your provider—never by an insurance company or someone behind a computer screen.     Perfect! At APEX, we meet you exactly where you are. Our highly trained providers use their advanced education to design a plan that fits your current fitness level — no pressure, no judgment, just progress.

  • How long are sessions?

    A typical treatment session will range anywhere from 60-75 minutes. That being said, the cost will remain the same for you!
